Less Noise, More Green: Week of Gift Giving Ideas

Well, here we are - it's December. Thanksgiving was late this year and it feels like it became the holiday season overnight! I better get moving.

I love to make homemade gifts for friends and family, as I'm sure many of you do. What I don't like is trying to come up with new ideas every year. To help us all out, I have searched the internet for interesting and easy homemade gift tutorials which I will be sharing with you all this week. I'm calling it a Week of Gift Giving Ideas.

Starting tomorrow the week will look like this:



Monday: Gifts from our favorite Blogs
Cyber Monday is the time to support your favorite bloggers by purchasing gifts from their online stores, Etsy shops or by buying their books. I will share my favorite bloggers and gift ideas.

Tuesday:  Gifts for Gardeners
Homemade gift ideas for the gardeners in your life, complete with links to tutorials.

Wednesday: Gifts for Cooks
Homemade gift ideas for cooks, again with links to tutorials.

Thursday: Gifts for Kids
Homemade gift ideas and tutorial links for kids.

Friday: Hostess Gifts
Homemade hostess gift ideas and tutorial links. Ideas for gifts you can make in bulk then grab when needed.

Saturday: Gifts for our Homes
Lets finish the week off with homemade decorating ideas and tutorials for our homes.

Each day will come with a convenient board on my Pinterest site where all the tutorials will be pinned together for you.  If you do not use Pinterest, all the tutorials will also be linked directly from each day's post.

I'm having a lot of fun putting this series together and I hope you will enjoy it and find it useful! I'm also hoping that you will share your own favorite tutorial links in the comments. There are are some wonderfully talented bloggers out there who have generously shared their ideas in the form of tutorials. Aren't we lucky!
